Is your Windows 11 PC stuck on the spinning circle screen and not booting? This video will walk you through multiple proven methods to fix the endless loading screen, also known as the spinning circle of death. You’ll learn how to enter recovery mode, perform system repair, and restore your PC step-by-step.

Procedure:

🔹 Step 1: Force Windows Into Recovery Mode

Press and hold the power button until your PC shuts off

Repeat the process (force shut down during the Windows logo) 3 times

On the third time, Windows should say “Preparing Automatic Repair”

Click Advanced Options - Troubleshoot - Advanced Options

🔹 Step 2: System Restore (If Available)

Select System Restore

Choose a previous restore point before the issue started

Follow the instructions to restore

🔹 Step 3: Startup Repair

Go to Advanced Options - Startup Repair

Let Windows scan and fix startup problems automatically

🔹 Step 4: Command Prompt Registry Restore

In Advanced Options, open Command Prompt

Run these commands one by one:

C:
cd \Windows\System32\Config
md backup2
copy . backup2
cd regback
copy . ..

Press A to overwrite when prompted

Exit Command Prompt and choose Continue to Windows

Go to Troubleshoot - Reset This PC

Choose Keep my files or Remove everything

Follow the prompts to reinstall Windows
