With Esync patch wine is capable of 100 fps without Vulkan !

Options used:
Game: LOW Settings
Wine: Use GLSL "disabled" (*) [use only with Nvidia cards]
CPU: Scaling governor set to "performance"
Rendered in 1920x1080 (100%).
Recorded with Nvenc at 1080p 60fps.
