Nearing the end of the Japanese cruiser re-grind, I found myself in this game on Two Brothers in Tier IX's Ibuki. Ibuki is, in many ways, a side-grade from Mogami. She has fewer hit points - which seems inexplicable - and roughly the same guns, detection, and torpedoes. She gains two big things that help her stand out and reach new heights: access to Upgrade Slot 6 and the Repair Party consumable. I make good use of both items in this game in an attempt to drag my team kicking and screaming across the finish line to a win. Am I successful? See for yourself.
