Here's our First Look at Tier VII Italian destroyer Luca Tarigo. While Maestrale and Aviere feel like solid DDs in their respective tiers, Luca Tarigo seems a bit lackluster. Her health pool doesn't keep up with what her main battery indicates her intended role is. Her torpedo armament doesn't change. Her tier bracket means she lacks access to Concealment Module and will frequently be out-spotted, thus thwarting what her apparent role should be. Does she have any saving graces? Let's dive down a bit and speculate.
