"Application Hang Detected: The application has hung and will now close. We apologize for the inconvenience." is an error message you may get when opening Wuthering Waves after updating the client for Patch 2.2.

Here are three solutions to fixing or bypassing the error.
Solution 1: AFK on that screen
Solution 2: Move Wuthering Waves folder from HDD Drive to SSD Drive (only works if you have an SSD Drive)
Solution 3: Uninstall & Reinstall

These were the solutions that were found from Wuthering Waves Official Discord Server "Tech Support" channel.

I do not know if this is something that will be fixed or if it will happen again at another patch. I do not know if this solution will work if that happens then. This is for the current solution to this problem for this patch.

Please do not ask me for any other solutions if this doesn't work or if you have a different problem entirely. Your best solutions would be to first ask on the Wuthering Waves Discord Tech Support channel before contacting Kuro Games' customer support directly.
