You Raise Me Up is an emotional ballad from Secret Garden that has been covered numerous times, notably by Josh Groban. The tune is shared with "Danny Boy" which itself was taken from Percy Grainger's transcription of an Irish tune from County Derry (the original composer is unknown). It is soulful and rich and uplifting!
