Deep within these treacherous swamps lived the Moruge people, whose palace protected them against the evil creatures of their land. With the Power Glove, they managed defeat many foes, establishing them as the leading force of the swamps.

The King of Hyrule placed the second lock of the Great Palace here. This lock is guarded by Jermafenser, former head of the Royal Guard of Hyrule. His spirit was brought back to this world, encased in a powerful armor.
