I'don't have the best or perfect substats but man 177.5% energy recharge is insane.

As of now this is the perfect weapon for Zhongli if not the best based on his current form while waiting for the update buffs. Also, PROTOTYPE STAR GLITTER is very easy to acquire and all you need is no refinement at all. SO easy to get so Free to play friendly. I tried black tassel but it just didn't cut it. PROTOTYPE STAR GLITTER is the best no doubt about it.

Compared to Dragon spine lance that weapon is OK I guess but Zhongli excels at support which is shielding and dropping DPS meteors that CC stuns the enemies by petrify while destroying enemy shields and creating crystalline shield charges.

My Zhongli is C0 by the way and I think it is fine.
