Benefactor (Amiga) Playthrough / If you never liked lemmings, then this is the best alternative.
Benefactor (1994) by Digital Illusions is is a highly playable blend of the platform and puzzle genres. The graphics are minimalistic but well and smoothly animated. The sound, as usual from Digital Illusions, is a masterpiece. Each zone has its own separate song that will accompany us until we manage to move on to the next one. Mostly they consist of about 8-10 levels . But back to the music, it reflects well the atmosphere of each zone we are currently in. Each song has a slightly different tone , for example, one can be stereotypical another joyful and another heavy and dark. The puzzles themselves are also a very well thought out masterpiece. Many of them are repeated , but you will also find some that were specifically created for the purpose of finishing this one level. You have to learn here by observation, our every action or lack of it can lead to the unfortunate death of ourselves or the creatures we have to save. These creatures are deceptively reminiscent of the legendary lemmings, only that the lemmings are not so stupid....... at least in most cases :P This is almost a perfect game, if some of the solutions to the puzzles were not so absurd it would definitely be one. It is simply one of the best exclusives for the system and every puzzle game enthusiast should not pass it by indifferently because they do not know what they will lose. Super Good.
