►What is Nightcore?◄
Nightcore is a remix culture that focuses on taking downbeat music and increasing the tempo and BPM in order to create high-energy dance and trance-style remixes. You could think of it as an inverse of Vaporwave in a way, with Vaporwave taking songs and lowering the tempo to create chill beats to relax and study to.

►Is this fair use?◄
Absolutely! Remixes and covers of existing music are protected under fair use laws as unique expressions of a work that have been transformed into something new or of new utility or meaning. Because a remix doesn't serve as a replacement for the original, it is not considered as copyright infringement.
