You wanna see how to play terribly!? Well, here ya go! Seriously, though, this is necessary for unlocking the Director Commentaries. Some of these may be harder than you think!
Tadpole Treble! Famed musical game made by the Taranto brothers! You might know Matthew Taranto from the Brawl in the Family webcomic series or his ridiculous take on Waluigi: "Too bad! Waluigi Time!". Anyway, he's pretty accomplished when it comes to musical and artistic compositions so here's a game packed full with it!
It's a musical game but isn't like one outta the rhythm genre! Instead you're a little tadpole, Baton, that needs to find her way home! Each level has you placed on a musical staff and you need to avoid the notes of the music playing coming at you! There are bubbles and other objects you can try to grab, too. And don't forget to hit the cymbals! That's what boosts your score the most with multipliers! If you get hit, the multiplier goes down though. You can also use a charge move that'll allow a bit of invincibility so you can be more reckless once you build up the meter enough by dodging notes.
The point is just to get to the end, but to get an S-Rank you'll want to grab all the bubbles and get as many points as you can! If you want to hear the brothers Taranto talk about the game you'll want to first get an F-Rank! This can be harder than you think... You need to keep your note-multiplier down by getting hit every so often and be sure to not pick up any points or hit any cymbals! Grab the health, though! No points and also they give you another go at keeping the note-multiplier down!
What really makes this title stand out is all the artwork and original music that accompanies every stage! Which one is your favorite?

This is the PC version of the game and was recorded in a 4k resolution at 60fps with "OBS Studio". The game forces a borderless widescreen and doesn't seem to like G-SYNC on. I set a frame cap of 60 fps with Nvidia's Control Panel option. This resulted in a stable output.
