Since this is our first pass ever of this room after doing the rest of Sanctuary, the layers will be very messed up, but here's a summary of how it's gone through fast.

After skipping the intro cutscene, you will be spawned on the other side of the room during the Dark Samus bridge smash cutscene, and because of this, the terminal fall trigger won't work since you got teleported to it, so you need to exit it and enter it again by going as far away as touching the light beam door.

Then Extended Dash into the middle of the room and Screw Attack to touch the pirate fight trigger, after you respawn, morph and drop a power bomb, then charge Annihilator to shoot Sonic Boom to the pirate on the far back, then reload the room.

Upon entering it again, shoot Sonic Boom again to the flying pirates so they don't become a nuisance, then destroy the rubles and get to the cannon to grab the PB expansion.
