What is Xtreme Velocity?
Xtreme Velocity(XV) is a original motorsport-themed drama about TDA Miku, who get into the world of motorsport after a sudden attack by a prototype racer to find out the answer behind the whole incident.
The world of XV is also the ideal racing title setting in my perspective, a world with both street-legal racing and circuit racing, organized and managed by G.T.A. under these rules:
[1] All racer have their own account storing all information, including cars, bank account for receiving prizes or paying for their defeat.
[2] Beginner racer (Lv1-5) will enjoy a benefit that higher level can take nothing from them if they lose.
[3] All Vehicle Customization obeying the safety regulations and equipped with G.T.A. information system are permitted and road-legal
[4] Street racing are legal from 9pm-5am during weekdays, traffic can only use slow lane (with hazard lights switched on) during this period.
[5] Minimum age to participate street racing is 10.
[6] Gambling can only be a fair one (ie both side have to bear the same level risk if they lose) and can only about money and vehicle.
[7] Circuit racing requires racing license issued by G.T.A. (depends of the level of racing, from A to S license) [- This is just like what we had in Gran Turismo.
