0:59 - 1. Players looking up Rules during their turn
1:57 - 2. GMs who look up Rules during the game
2:49 - 3. Oblivious Players
3:40 - 4. GMs telling pointless or boring stories
4:38 - 5. GMs ignoring rolls
5:56 - 6. Players who cheat
7:45 - 7. GMs who don't give you a story
9:13 - 8. Players who talk out of character
10:35 - 9. Players not role playing
11:33 - 10. GMs telling the story in a boring way
12:55 - 11. Waiting for someone to collect or choose dice
14:20 - 12. Players not talking or acting as a group
15:25 - 13. Players not planning
16:45 - 14. Non decision makers (Analysis Paralysis)
