Running vSphere on Workstation Pro or inside vSphere you have to enable Virtualization engine. (called Nested)
1) Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or AMD-V/RVI
Suggest also
2) Virtualize CPU perfomance counter
3) Virtualize IOMMU (IO memory management unit)
