72023 was one of the best years in gaming, hands down. As we look back at 2023, I'm sure like us you're thinking "what ARE the best years in gaming?". Maybe you're thinking about 1998; Metal Gear Solid, Starcraft, Resident Evil 2 but your hosts the Delco Nerd Network; Anthony and Chris were barely even 5 years old then. We think being there in the moment is important. Well, 2017 is more recent; Legend Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Horizon Zero Dawn, Super Mario Odyssey but that was (believe it or not) only a few years ago. 2007 is definitely one of them and that was almost 20 years ago, as scary as that sounds! Halo 3, Uncharted, Bioshock, Super Mario Galaxy. Shall I continue? Let's go back to the 7th generation of consoles and discuss just why 2007 was one of the best years in gaming.
