2023 Chevrolet Corvette 3LT 70th Anniversary: Start Up, Exhaust, Test Drive, Walkaround and Review
50π Lets take a full look at this 2023 Chevy Corvette C8 Convertible Z51 3LT 70th Anniversary! This mid engine Corvette is a fun car to drive! I start the video with a full walkaround of this new 2023 Corvette in one of two colors for the 70th Anniversary and we see what the 3LT with Z51 looks like. Then we get a remote start and of course a start up and exhaust rev! The two tone leather and alcantara interior color looks very nice and compliments the paint well. Driving the 2023 Corvette was a blast! Very comfortable in Tour mode with the magnetic ride suspension and it is a comfortable car to be in. Takes a bit to get used to the visibility. It's not quite like other mid engines cars. But the camera rear view is great to have! Putting the C8 Corvette in Track mode opens the active exhaust with the Z51 package and sounds pretty good. I would still like it louder. But the steering is razor sharp and the new 2023 Corvette handles so well in the turns even with the convertible adding some weight over the coupe. Revving out the engine is where you can use all the power on the roads and the dual clutch transmission shifts instantaneous with the paddle shifters! I loved hitting the curvy roads. There isn't a crazy amount of top end power, but the Corvette is a fantasist car anywhere under 80 MPH. It has plenty of power in that range. The new 2023 Corvette Z06 will have that top end and high revving engine that I personally prefer. But this Stingray was a blast! The Launch control is wicked fast in the test C8 we had for a week! On these roads and tires 3.4 seconds was the best the Corvette could do for 0-60, but it felt very fast! The point of view test drive portion you can really emmers yourself in driving the new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe 3LT Z51! This Corvette 3LT was finished in a Carbon Flash Metallic for this special edition! With a beautiful interior color and the GT2 seats. 2023 Corvette MSRP at $85k was well worth it! The new 2023 Corvette Stingray is a very fun sportscar for sure!
