The Screamathon continues today with Friday the 13th for the NES! I had actually never played this game before but I wanted to do a Friday the 13th game today since today is Friday the 13th so I decided to finally check out the NES version and it didn't disappoint. I have to say, I've heard that this game sucks and I disagree. For the NES, there weren't very many horror games and I think if you like horror games, this is a valid option on the NES - I liked it. I think Nightmare on Elm Street is better (much, much better in fact) but this is one of only a handful of options on that console so I enjoyed my time with it even if it's not the best game ever made. I wouldn't mind playing it again.
