=WRITTEN TUTORIAL=
1) Install Fallout New Vegas through Steam (the mods we are using only support most recent Steam version) (You might be successful with a different version but mileage may vary)

2) Click Play on FNV in Steam, do not click Play in the FNV Launcher, instead click Options, confirm display and graphics settings for your monitor and setup.

3) Once settings are confirmed, click Play in FNV launcher. Once at the Main Menu, quit the game. (This is to generate INI files and folders, if you are unable to get to the main menu during this step, seek help in comments or Googling.)

4) After closing the game from the main menu, install New Vegas Script extender, use link above. Go to latest releases from the silverlock page and you will be taken to a github page. Download the latest archive under "Assets" or follow the installation instructions found there.

5) Extract NVSE folder, move everything from it into your main game directory this is something like "C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas"

6) In the main game folder, run the "nvse_loader.exe" this should open the game. Verify that NVSE is running by pressing the tilde key top opne console and type "getnvseversion" this should show a result of something like "NVSE Version X" this confirms proper NVSE installation.

7) Install Vortex from the link above, once done, search for Fallout New Vegas in the list of games and click "Manage", if it gives errors after switching to the new profile. Fix those by ensuring the mod staging is pointed to an empty folder in the same drive location as FNV is installed on. (Check the video section for this if this is confusing)

8) Check that Vortex is working correctly by clicking play in the top left on FNV and that NVSE is running by using the tilde command from step 6. (You will now always launch FNV through Vortex when playing the game)

9) Use the description page of the 4GB Enabler from the link above to install the VC++ Redistributable by downloading and running the exe. Then use the manual download option to download the 4GB Enabler from the Files tab.

10) Extract the archive, move the .exe file to the main game folder (the same one from step 5.) Once it is moved, run that .exe file as an Administrator by right-clicking and pressing Run As Administrator.

11) Go to the OneTweak mod page using the link above, under the Files tab use the Mod Manager Download Option to download the mod through Vortex. If it prompts you to sign in to Vortex, do so, and then you may need to click the Mod Manager Download button again after sign in is complete.

12) Vortex will then install and activate the mod. After it is finished and you see in your mod list that it has a green check next to "OneTweak" launch the game through Vortex by clicking Play in the top left hand corner.

The game should now be filled and positioned properly in your display and you have everything you need to easily install mods!

Lookout for my next video which will show you the mods I think are the best to use for a totally immersive Fallout New Vegas experience!

Thanks for watching!
