20XX – Death Ring Mode
2The Death Ring in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia increases all your stats by 44 (read: a lot) but made you die instantly when receiving a hit. In this video you can see what might happen if Ace had that ring.
The rules are simple: 1 max HP, no armor, no repros (because they would be ultra-powerful as well). This is my best run in Death Ring Mode with Ace so far, and I'm not sure whether I'll play it again, since it is most aggravating (think Rock²). There is really no way of dying that doesn't look stupid (usually a bat), so I'm not terribly embarrassed about how I died here.
