25 Minutes of Half Life 1 Path Traced.
5Sultim-T released a fork of the Xash3d engine which allows for Half Life 1 to be Path traced, with PBR. Here is twenty five minutes of it. None of that Screen Space crap. This is Real RT.
Instructions:
1) Download Half-life
2) Go to: https://github.com/sultim-t/xash-rt/releases/tag/1.0.4
3) Install hl1-rt.zip and hl1-rt-resources.zip from the latest release
4) Follow these instructions: https://github.com/sultim-t/xash-rt/releases
FSR COMES WITH IT, OPTIONAL DLSS DOWNLOAD AVAILABLE
My specs:
Intel i5-11400
AMD Radeon RX6600
8GB Ram (2133mhz)
Settings I Used:
1080p, FSR at Quality
VSync ON
Everything else default.
I apologise for the shitty video compression and interpolation. AMD ReLive did not work, so I had to use Windows' built in recorder.
