Ms. Pac-Man (2600) is, in my opinion the best bit of retail code in the 2600 library. But can I hit a world record high score?

So about 8 years ago, I had a crack at the world record for the PAL version of Ms. Pac-Man for the Atari 2600. And I beat it. However the generally-accepted body for such awards wouldn't recognise it.

I figured I'd have another go, although this time I'm not putting it to tape -- this is just to satisfy my own curiosity over whether I've got the skills to be the best in an incredibly niche competitive market. No disrespect is intended to the very fine gamers who hold much higher world records for this game, which remains one of my favourites.
