Hi guys, Tech James here,

For this video, I’ll show you guys how to turn GameBoy Advance ROM’s into Virtual Console CIA’s and install them onto your 3DS/2DS using FBI. You must have Luma Custom Firmware and FBI installed to do this. This works on any 3DS without lag.
