(Almost) Perfectly solved the existing interlaced picture in other versions of upscaling. An interlaced picture causes the actor's face to be torn apart which kind of defeat the purpose of upscale. Using the most recent AI algorithm (you heard me, it's the 'quantum mechanics' in the IT field now! if I don't understand something, it's AI with deep learning), I was able to solve this problem and do my best in presenting a better version of what we could have watched 20 years ago.
