Hi, this video shows you 6 things that may fix a Wii U touch screen which is not working or is not calibrated properly.
I have listed the 6 ways below so you can see the time that each part starts:
0:37 - STEP 1 - Place the Wii U away from interference.
2:18 - STEP 2 - Reset the Analogue Sticks.
3:22 - STEP 3 - Remove the Screen Protector.
3:49 - STEP 4 - Remove Debris from the edge of the screen.
6:40 - STEP 5 - Calibrate the Wii U Gamepad touch screen.
8:51 - STEP 6 - Reboot your Nintendo Wii U Console.
Hopefully one of the steps above will fix the problem. You do not have to do them in order as shown above, for example don't remove the screen protector (if you have one) until you have done some of the easy steps in case resetting the analogue sticks or removing interference fixes the problem.
