The Second Annual 60 Days of Astroneer Challenge is in full swing. Join me as I near completion of the challenge for week four (which also happens to be the challenge I submitted) and am joined by a very special guest. For this challenge the details are:
You may only use the Soil Centrifuge and Trade Platform to obtain raw resources (except for
gases). Share screen shots on social media with the hashtag #60DaysOfAstroneer!
Requirements:
• Launch the game in Creative Mode and obtain only the following items:
o 1 Small Canister
o 1 Medium Shredder
o 1 Trade Platform
o 1 Soil Centrifuge
o 3 Large Platforms of your choice or 1 Extra Large C Platform
o Up to 5 Units of Power from Solar, Wind, and/or Batteries (No RTGs)
• Return to Adventure Mode
• Set up the Required Challenge items listed below adjacent to a powered Gateway
Chamber on Glacio:
o 1 Large Shuttle with 1 Hydrazine Thruster & 3 Canisters of Hydrazine
o 1 Landing Pad
o 2 Large Rovers with at least 1 Seat, a Drill Strength 3, a Medium Canister, and a
Paver
o 1 Extra Large Shredder
o 1 RTG
o 1 Field Shelter

Rules:
• You may only use the Soil Centrifuge and Trade Platform to obtain resources, any
resources collected while filling your soil canisters must be discarded.
• You must be able to drive the Large Rover while simultaneously powering the Drill
Strength 3, Paver, and XL Shredder without draining the rover’s internal batteries.
