10PITCH Please, Touch The Artwork bundles a set of calm playful puzzle adventures based on famous abstract paintings.It explores the question: What would happen if we actually did touch the artwork? It’s a playground for people to finally touch the untouchable and discover the hidden stories behind these artworks. It aims to be aesthetic, relaxing, inspiring & educational. STORY You visit the exhibition of T. Waterzooi, an avant-garde digital artist and a contemporary of Piet Mondrian. While Mondrian was advocating pure abstraction, Waterzooi accidentally discovered an interactive world behind his paintings. SUBGAMES Season 1 contains 3 games, each based on a different existing Mondrian painting.The first game is a challenging color puzzle where you have to reproduce color-patterns. The second game takes you on a romantic adventure with puzzle elements. The third game is a relaxing maze where you collect letters for a poem. You’ll have to reproduce the color patterns of a painting while figuring out the logic behind how colors get added to the canvas. INSTALLATION2 In ‘Landscape Artist Without Landscape’ you get to create your own variation of Mondrian’s The Red Tree by drawing a line without lifting your finger.
