I think this is a fitting game to post at this time of year. Let's run away in summer with Mirror's Edge hehe. This is a running game on top of buildings and some other interesting areas.

This is an European made game coming from Sweden with excellent dance and trance music (that's only fitting because they are one of the leaders of outputting excellent EuroDance music :). I really like the music in it and it's unforgettable for me. I also think this game has the best music I have heard in any videogame as of yet. Besides that I think the game is very good visually. When I first played it in 2009, I was really amazed by all the details of the city and all that. I think for 11 years later as of now, it still is impressive and I was still impressed. You feel as if you are really there.

As great as the game is, it is not without problems. And some big ones too. If you are reading this and decide to play this game someday heed attention to the things I say onward about this. First thing, you must not ALT+TAB or switch to other applications while playing it. Doing so and coming back to the game it's a 90% risk of freezing your whole computer and you will have to restart it by button. It will also randomly freeze other times too so be aware. From my record, it froze on me in the middle of Chapter 2 - twice! As of this writing I played it on Windows 10, I'm not sure how it may behave on older Operating Systems but on this one it isn't so good.

Next thing, there are some really almost impossible jumps in this game. At some points I thought that this was it and it was not possible to move forward with it. But I thought it would be like a 4% chance of succeeding so I just kept trying. That's what I did. I thought it would take hours but it took me like half hour of doing the same thing over and over, a jump, and finally landing on what seemed like a pixel, otherwise you'd fall off and try it all over again. That's a real shame because the game could be real enjoyable otherwise but it's sometimes ruined by these really long distance jumps which you will fall a lot during. So you will see them conquered by me in these videos or sometimes I think I got real lucky in landing on the other side. I did fall a lot and the failed attempts were cut out from the video, so don't think I made it at the first go because that isn't so haha

The next big problem are the controls. In that they are not always obeying to you! And that is not a good thing when you are dealing with this kind of game where the key presses are crucial to your survival and you must be very precise otherwise you fall off and have to jump again. So pressing a key will not work 40% of the time I noticed. This happened a lot for me at landing from high heights and trying to do a safe landing roll by holding the duck "C" button when close to the ground.

So having said all that we have this game which is otherwise excellent and unforgettable in my opinion. You just have to keep calm and do it over and over again until you can proceed in the game because like I said there are some parts which will test your patience and your temper too probably lol

For all these reasons, this game is difficult to give a score for me. Ideally I would give it 11/10 gems with 1 gem given extra because of how excellent it is but in reality I would grudgingly keep 3 gems to myself in my fanny pack pouch because of the problems described above. So finally because I'm feeling generous and a bit forgiving, I am going to give this game 9/10 gems overall because of the really great content and amazing music I have ever heard in a game or actually in real life for that matter.

There is a sequel to this and I will be playing that at a later time. So we'll see how that one is in the future. Have fun viewing this game :o)
