9.03m is a short, first person, art/empathy game for the PC, created by Space Budgie. The game draws upon the disaster that affected many people in Japan in 2011, the tsunami caused by the Tōhoku earthquake. It aims to remember those who passed away in the tsunami as individuals, as opposed to numerical data often found in news articles.

Based on Baker Beach, in San Francisco, you must navigate the beach, picking up objects that have washed ashore, in search of butterflies.
