In mid to late 2005, Capcom decided to promote their upcoming Resident Evil 4 release for the Playstation 2. They created this browser game Chainsaw Maniac where you could submit your high scores and win prizes that included a copy of the game on PS2, a PS2 Chainsaw Controller, and a custom t-shirt created specifically for the competition. It resembles a Game & Watch in playstyle.
The game is no longer playable on Capcom's site but if you look on the internet really hard - you can find a playable version. I don't want to link it here because it may or may not be a reputable website lol
