We take a break from the main story of the game, mainly in thanks to the fact that we haven't beaten Act 3 yet, to wrap up all the side missions in the city section of Banoi Island.

The city is a busy place, and even during the zombie apocalypse it slows down for no one. Having been tasked by a number of survivors from all around the city with different objectives that these survivors believe can help save more lives on the island, the group sets out to do what no one else seems to be capable of. Grabbing food and supplies, and on the odd occasion, actually clear out a zombie infestation or two. Honestly, I know they all keep saying there's not a lot of supplies left on the island anyway, but it really begs the question of what these groups are going to do to survive when we move on to our next location.

Between helping clear out the rest of the zombies/hostiles taking up the police station, locating both surviving and dead family members of a survivor faction, and helping set up a safe shelter for trapped and alone city folk, (the only mission that seems like it'll actually mean anything in the long run), our colorful cast of "heroes" have large shoes to fill. But will their own survival trump their ability to help others, or will they truly push themselves to do the right thing.

This newest Dead Island Definitive Edition Gameplay video focuses solely on the increasing number of side quests and extra objectives found throughout the city segment of the Dead Island game. Whether it's working together to fulfill a sidequest, arguing over XP differences, or screaming our heads off in the game's quarantine zone, this Dead Island Let's Play has something for everyone.
