Eight Norwegian medical students travel to a remote Arctic mountain to spend the Easter weekend skiing and relaxing. One of the students disappears when he leaves alone, and the others are scared in their huts by zombie soldiers.
After becoming the sole survivor of a zombie attack, Martin wakes up to find that the arm he lost has been replaced by the arm of one of the monsters and that they are not quite dead.
