Aaron Eckhart joins Tom Hanks in Captain Sully biopic - Collider
31As many of you know, actor Tom Hanks will be starring in the upcoming Cint Eastwood movie about Captain Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, the pilot who skillfully glided his US Airways Flight 1549 onto the Hudson River, saving the lives of all 155 aboard. Now, according to a report in The Hollywood Reporter, Hanks has his co-pilot. THE DARK KNIGHT actor Aaron Eckhart will play Jeff Skiles, first officer and co-pilot to Hanks’ Captain Sully during the 2009 incident famously known as the Miracle on the Hudson.
