After many requests, I've finally put together a video on the ABA Steel team that I've been using for the last 4 seasons or so in Go Battle League. Registeel is the king of the 0 shield, so having a Registeel lead allows you to either win lead or create a shield advantage on some negative matchups. After that, it's just a matter of aligning Medicham/Bastiodon into their best matchups!

For anyone curious, here are the IVs of the Pokemon I use on this team:

Registeel: 1/7/3
Medicham: 6/15/12
Bastiodon: 1/15/14

Defense weighted Registeel is very beneficial on this team, because if opposing Galarian Stunfisks do not hit the Mud Shot breakpoint against your Registeel it forces them to land multiple charge moves to take you out rather than being able to land an EQ and farm down. Bulky IV weights are great on Medicham/Bastiodon, though a slightly attack weighted Medicham has its benefits for winning CMP in the mirror plus giving you a higher likelihood of winning CMP over Noctowl.
