As the title says, dicking around with Cheat Engine I found the values that controls the view/rendering distance (that blue-ish haze in the horizon that prevents you from seeing the textures and terrain being loaded as you move through the map) and the weather (notice the speed of the clouds aswell its size). I could have recorded a better footage (even though you are seeing a 60fps video) but my PC slows to a crawl when using PCSX2's internal recorder, so sorry about that.
