As all of might be knowing that in order to customise windows, use the settings that everybody should have access to, like;
Icons, Sound settings, Fonts, Displays etc (there are innumerable examples),
you got to have your operating system activated, ie you need to have it licensed, or have some key (OEM or retail doesn't matter) to activate it.
And each of these costs you, I am not going to mention how much, because price depends on seller, but if we put everything in ascending order, then;
License then retail key then OEM key (I'll explain later in another video, regarding what's the difference between them)
I have explained how you can get it activated, that too, for free, ie without spending a penny.
