Just replaced internal fan, thermal paste, and thermal pads. Also added a wireless remote control rgb kit to the 8 existing rgb color changing leds that i installed a while back. New rgb kit includes external 120mm fan and 2 led strips that sync up and change colors together. I also added 4 rubber feet to the bottom of the ps4 pro in order to raise it up about a 1/4 inch. It looks amazing. This video does not do it justice. The rgb kit has 366 selectable light modes. I leave mine on auto change. With default settings, it takes about 35 to 45 minutes to cycle through all 366 light effects.

*EDIT* I have just recently replaced both my internal and external hard drives on this PS4 Pro.
Internal: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 120 solid state drive.
External: 2TB Seagate Firecuda solid state hybrid drive.
