I don't think defeating AI should be possible, since as soon as one of your characters dies the combat ends and the party throws the seed as the last effort.

However, you can trap the AI using Sira's Thorn Snare and then damage it with certain spells: Mellthas's Small Fireball which deals only 1 damage (AI housing has 4950 life) or Khunag's Steal Life which deals 49 damage.
