Windows power setting set to High Performance

Gaming temps after removing crappy Dell thermal paste and replacing with Noctua NH-1. Game is A Plague Tale: Innocence set to 1080p and Ultra graphics settings. CPU is set for 5.ghz static on all cores, though Afterburner OSD reports it slightly under that for some reason. GPU is at stock settings. After repaste, I rarely see CPU temps above the mid/upper 70C range playing any game and GPU is always in the upper 50's)
