Today we took on the twisted bacon challenge, and the result is possibly my craziest creation yet. Tightly twisted bacon as our tracks and mini cheese train “wheels”. Sausage roll front engine topped with a fully functioning bacon twist smoke stack and headlight, pulls a cart loaded high with bacon twist lumber, followed by a 6 hour slow smoked short rib beef wellington. Speeding away from the towering Bounty mountain, this train was one of my most fun yet challenging projects yet.
