A very early replacement for Doom II, while some design choices could be categorized as
"archaic" its only because of the tools available back them, fancy doom editing was a thing I believe after the 2000s when you could visualize your changes, while on older software that wasnt a thing.
hence why you see misaligned textures and weird visual glitches.
