TL;DR
The Vega 8 GPU offers over 1.2 TFLOPS and seems to be able to hold high clocks. Not the max 1200Mhz but around 1100Mhz.
2GB are reserved as VRAM (I like it, but users, who are not really gaming will consider that as a waste of RAM, luckily DDR4 gets cheap again).
Temps are pretty low under load and the laptop stays relatively silent.
Acer used the exact same base for Ryzen 5 3500U as they have used for their Aspire 3 Ryzen 5 2XXXU series from last year. Same bios ect.

Acer is doing a good job with Mobile Ryzen: Constant Bios updates with AGESA updates and SMU patches. Good cooling.
