8:50 - starts incident
8:55 - talks shit about how he'll own me w/ an automatic weapon

9:10 - says aPx. is garbage.
* proceeds to kick him
12:28 - Beast says it's just a game - no wonder he's mad/upset.
16:40 - not sure who he's talking to, but assumed it was beast
17:12 - Squirrel asks for a reason why he was kicked - This is a rhetorical question & I don't waste time answering them if he had wonder in his voice I would've answered, but his voice held hostility instead.
17:35 - I tell him to direct his report to hailapex.com
-I would also like to note that my voice is not apart of the video due to the fact that B[Global] is not my talk button when recording, capslock is.(my default talking button)
17:54 - makes a suggestion towards apex and the hitler's similar salute. - was wondering if I should've kicked him for this subtle suggestion, but decided against it in order to not escalate the situation further.
21:20 - tells me that they're friends w/ apex commanding members in hopes of getting an apology from me. [If you're friends with them then why exactly are you talking shit about them? pray tell us.]
21:39 - I think he's talking about sophro, lol.
25:35 - disses laptop players[lol, ghost]
31:09 - kills beastmode as well as proceeds to t-bag him [Griefing]
33:30 - kills beastmode again [Griefing] *was wondering if I should warn him about this, but held back in order to not escalate the situation again. I was also thinking of adding beast mode to ask him if I should warn Squirrel of not tking again, but beastmode might over-react and decide to tell squirrel;therefore, I did not pursue the action.
35:00 - lets beast know if he wanted to file against me for a prior kick when he tk'd me to tell the commanding officers.

Beast if you displayed a direct refusal/no for his actions I would've stepped in as an admin telling him to stop. I can only naturally assume that you guys are friends and friendly tking eachother unless you let me, or other admins know. I would've acted differently if you guys were not wearing the same clan tag.
Warn Kicking
I do not warn kick unless it's something small, but disrespect is a greater offense and shall be acted upon in a swift manner unless it is told in a b.s./nonsense way where everyone can tell you're joking. - You know what you've done unless you question the admin in a questioning way where the reason will be revealed.
Final Thoughts
Squirrel was not joking, his voice at the time was matter and fact as well as angry. Just because you are angry it does not excuse the actions you took no matter how coerced you felt.
I do not regret any actions I took on this night, February 24th of 2015.
