The cream and liquid peroxide I use are both 12% solutions, the mixtures you can buy as a hobbyist may vary slightly depending on the legislation in the country you are in.

The light I use is a 300W full spectrum (allegedly) grow light. My particular one is no longer available but you'll find similar ones from all major online shopping platforms.
