amt Star Trek Space Ship Set #6677 (1983) Quick Look
3For the few who may be interested in scale model kits here's a quick look at the amt Star Trek Space Ship Set #6677 from 1983.
This set includes original series Starfleet Constitution Class, Klingon Battle Crusier and Romulan Bird of prey. On a rough guess they are 1:1400 scale. The kit appears to be fairly solid with only basic amounts of excess plastics (flashing) and airfix grade quality plastic (for a lack of a better comparison).
Instructons are very straight forward and the whole kit consists of around 28 peices and as shown in the video a fairly decent varity of decals for the Constituition class.
There is no listed paint colours however the from what i remember the colours are based on the early metal toys from the 1970's as the Battle Cruiser is the same / similar blue.
