Custom spell making is something we've always said we've wanted, and to be honest we are still not super against it or anything like that. Spell making can be really fun, and we've definitely enjoyed it before, however, we'd much rather see the list of unique spells in the game fleshed out massively, beyond the confines of custom spell 'styles' that can fit neatly on a creation screen. Spell diversity is what most of us really want to return, and we want to see just how crazy and fun Bethesda can make it, instead of having to 'make' that fun ourselves.
