Jessica's main strengths lie upon her high damage from command grabs. Her moveset comprises of multiple variants of attacks, each done with a different input. The anti-air variant of her Graviton Hammer (22P) and her punch variant of "The Hand" attack (236P) could combo into the latter's kick variant (236K), which also serves as an anti-air attack, or its EX variant (236H) for more damage at the cost of a bar of meter. Her Graviton Hammer variants (214X) does have a variant that must be blocked crouching (214P), which also enables her to do mixups.
Her main issue is that she suffers from low meter gain - she doesn't have much multi-hitting attacks that could also generate meter, and because of this you would have to nearly knock out the opponent in order to get a single bar of meter - I had to throw out multiple anti-air Graviton Hammers while the opponent is knocked down in order to compensate for this by a bit. And, even if you do gain meter, meter usage outside of her EX "The Hand" isn't as worthwhile as her other meterless options.
EX "The Hand" has several issues by itself - it's a bit awkward to land from anti-air Graviton Hammer (which is used for the standard combo in this video because it does more damage than her punch variant of "The Hand" as a launcher), but it at least does good damage as a combo ender. Meanwhile, her EX Splash Dunk (22H) does as much damage as her anti-air Graviton Hammer in combos without the possibility of a follow-up attack, and her EX Graviton Hammer (214H) sacrifices damage (compared to anti-air Graviton Hammer into anti-air "The Hand") in favor of better okizeme. Even her super art, Genocide Heaven (236HT), has a slow startup and isn't invincible, making it only useful as a meaty attack.
