At about 3:35pm, two young men were in a canoe yelling and banging their canoe with their paddle outside my house, then they switched seats in the canoe. A few seconds later, two young women in a kayak together rammed their kayak as fast as they could into the men’s canoe, flipping the canoe and sending the men into the river. The men in the river then flipped the women’s kayak. With four people now in the river, one man swam to the shore at my house, climbed into my backyard, went over to my dock, and then two other adults got onto my dock, one of them climbed the side of the dock. Only one of them actually used the ladder on the dock. By not using the ladder, one of them may have shifted the rocks on the bank of the river, and the other could have damaged the dock. They then yelled some more and pulled their canoe onto my dock. A man and woman got on the canoe and left. The other man then went from my dock to the backyard, to the front yard, around my car, and walked next door. It is important to note that they were playing loud music as well for hours beforehand.
