Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2077c is to be permanently housed on site at Precinct 10. SCP-2077c exhibits no desire to travel further than the city limits of SCP-2077b "Night City." Thus, no special measures are necessary to prevent its escape into the greater region. When SCP-2077c goes on duty, it is to be accompanied by a partner at all times. SCP-2077c is calmed by the presence of other police officers and remains docile around its "brothers." In the event that SCP-2077c's true nature is exposed any Night City residents who witnessed the event are to be given amnesiacs and SCP-2077c is to be placed on temporary "administrative leave" which consists of no less than 3 hours of connection to a braindance simulating three weeks of paid vacation. It is believed that continued employment with the NCPD keeps the SCP's belligerence in check and under no circumstances is SCP-2077c to be terminated from the department, regardless of conduct or number of use of force incidents.

Description: SCP-2077c is an immortal humanoid entity that refers to itself as "Dave." It is a manifestation of the spacetime anomalies endemic to the region of Night City--which itself is a piece of another dimension that has spilled out through the rift in spacetime opened by the multiversal cosmic entity known as "CD Projekt Red." SCP-2077c believes itself to be a corporal in the employ of Night City Police Department. Under normal conditions, the SCP appears indistinguishable from the other department members. When attacked or responding to a violent crime incident, however, its anomalous nature is exposed. The SCP's arms move violently and randomly as it engages its target, stretching up to twenty feet above its head. This behavior has resulted in Foundation personnel referring to the SCP with the nickname of "Wacky waving inflatable arm cop." The SCP is in possession of an otherwise standard issue 9mm handgun with the anomalous addition of a bottomless magazine. SCP-2077c will fire rapidly and incessantly until the target(s) are deceased. The wild firing results in significant collateral damage to the area in which the incident occurs. Furthermore, the SCP possesses the ability to teleport at will. It can manifest anywhere at any time, irrespective of elevation, distance, or even physical barriers. If threatened or if it witnesses an act of violence against another police officer, SCP-2077c will go on a rampage that cannot be stopped by conventional means. Once the target has been eliminated, SCP-2077c will again become docile and will return to its cruiser for further patrol. It is noted that witnesses to the SCP's rampage become distressed due to its penchant for endlessly shouting out hysterical pleas referencing its "kids," being shot, and not wanting to die even as it mercilessly guns down any opposition. This psychological effect is easily erased through the use of amnesiacs on surviving witnesses.
