I am full of joy to discover that I can change how all my staff look, in fact, even customers may be subject to my design whims! I'm somewhat less joyful to see that my security staff aren't quite as efficient as I thought and the introduction of the latest all-singing, all-dancing, self-checkouts may not go entirely smoothly! A day of lessons being learnt!
